Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. Some products, including foggers and insecticides, are restricted to the United States and cannot be shipped outside it. If you’re outside the US, call (800) 311-9903 and we’ll help you find a local option.

Processing time. Most orders ship within 3 to 4 weeks. If your order will take longer than that, we’ll email you with an updated date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items ordered. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and are in addition to the processing time above.

Tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our facility, but we’ll help you track it down. Contact info@thefgi.com.
